TERMS & CONDITIONS Cambridge Wine Merchants aim is to provide you, the Customer, with an online shopping facility that is both easy to use and secure. Please find listed below all those little things that make life a little easier.
Delivery
Price quoted is for U.K. Delivery only - If you are ordering from another country, please email us. If the item is in stock we will try to despatch your order on the day that you place it - but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Our courier company will attempt to deliver twice and leave cards both times before taking the goods back to their nearest depot, whereupon the recipient becomes responsible for their collection. If the address is incorrect the goods will be returned to Cambridge Wine Merchants and a charge incurred for re-delivery.

We accept the following forms of payment: Switch, VISA, MasterCard, Solo Postal Orders Bankers Draft

Descriptions
Prices, offers and details are valid until 1st December 2009. Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering. Colours may vary slightly.
Complaints
If you have a complaint of any kind please contact us and we will endeavour to respond within 5 working days.
Terms and Conditions Of Sale
a) Cancellations - Goods being cancelled must be done so within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods. Cambridge Wine Merchants will refund any monies within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. b) Cooling off period - Goods maybe returned, for any reason, within 7 working days. We can be notified of any returning goods by phoning 01223 568993 or emailing info@cambridgewine.com. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation (Cambridge Wine Merchants reserves the right to request that the customer meets the cost of returning the goods). This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.
c) Faulty goods - In the event of goods being faulty, please return to Cambridge Wine Merchants for a replacement or refund, goods must be rejected within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. If you have any queries regarding faulty goods please email info@cambridgewine.com.
How to Return/Exchange
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, order number, tel.no. and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and send them to Cambridge Wine Merchants, 42 Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 2AD.
Privacy and Security
We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information collected at time of ordering is transferred from our website into our secure database and facilitates the process when you come to order again. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including credit/debit card number, name and address. None of this information is made available to third parties. If you would prefer us to delete this information please contact us at info@cambridgewine.com with a note to remove your details from our database None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
