A 100% pilsner malt bill, dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. Inspired by the US West Coast's modern take of the traditional German style this super crushable Pils is the ultimate refreshment!

Tropical Deluxe is our core pale ale. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe do the tropical dry hop tango, while the mighty London Ale III yeast strain keeps things soft, light, and as level as a hammock. Lower in alcohol, deluxer in tropical.
Stout w/ Chocolate, Vanilla, Walnut
Aiming for a full, silky smooth, chocolatey body to pair with the sweet, nutty flavours of walnut and vanilla, we amped up the malt bill, mashing in with a blend of melt in the mouth Jumbo Oats and Maris Otter, Munich, Chocolate & Biscuit malts.
With additions of Cacao Nibs, Brown Sugar, Lactose, Walnut Essence and Vanilla Extract to follow, the finished beer is sweet and rich with a gentle roasted malt character, deep layers of walnut and a rounding vanilla sweetness.
This tropical-tasting Hazy IPA comes from New Belgium Brewing, the 3rd largest craft brewery in the US. Voodoo Ranger Hazy IPA has fruit-forward aromas (mango, pineapple, stone fruits) with a clean finish that will have you reaching for another can.
A special release of our Saison Provision, this beer was aged on a mix of whole yellow and white peaches for three months. Delicious redolent fruit flavours married with our classic house acidity gives us a beer to truly savour.
German Helles Style Lager
Our first Munich Helles using our inaugural decoction mash which has added that wonderful malty complexity so classic to the style. Smooth, rounded, pale golden, malty and with a subtle touch of hop bitters. Collaboration with Stu Mostow Brewery.
Fermented with our unique 3 yeast blend which provides the beer with a level of acidity that cuts through rich food and a complimentary pink grapefruit hop note from the Talus hops.
It is balanced with a dry finish and a low but moreish bitterness.
We've recently invested in some new equipment that allows us to dial in our water like never before, and who better than Polly's to help us develop the perfect profile for this soft, juicy IPA. Hop-wise it's some newer varieties we're both enjoying right now - Talus, Sabro & Idaho 7 - plus a little bit of Citra for good measure.
