Pisco ABA is produced with Muscat grapes from the Elqui Valley. Grapes are first vinified and then carefully distilled in small traditional stills to produce a clear, crystal eau-de-vie, infused with the softness and fragrance of the Muscat grapes.
American oak barrels play host to this rum where it ages for three to four years. Next a woody and nutmeg palette is drawn out in Ferrand French oak casks as the rum continues to mature for one to two years.
The result is a subtle and tropical Barbadian style rum, excellent for aperitifs or classic cocktails like the Mai Tai.

MacNair's Exploration Rum from The Glenallachie Distillers Company.
Initially matured in American oak in the tropical Panamanian climate the spirit was then transferred to The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside. Once expertly blended, the rum underwent secondary maturation in Red Wine, Virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks.
The taste of pineapple, mango and peaches followed by treacle, coconut and orange zest.
Nose : Intense, it starts on molasses, pear and varnish. It then becomes fruitier and spicier on apple, banana and gooseberry, also nutmeg and vanilla with a hint of smoke.
Palate : Rich and round, it follows the nose with vanilla fudge, honey, ginger and fruity notes of prune and coconut.
Finish : Very long on dried banana, bourbon and allspice.
Canerock is a fantastic drink created by the team at Maison Ferrand, using aged Jamaican rums at its core, including a generous helping of high-ester rums. Alongside these rums, the team infuses the likes of Madagascan vanilla pod, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut into the spirit, and a portion is given some extra time in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to allow its flavour profile to develop further. Inspired by the flavours of historical rums, the 2022 Black Tot Master Blender's Reserve is made with a blend of rums from Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Guyana, as well as Black Tot's Perpetual Reserve rum. Aromas of melted chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, orange, cinnamon sticks, pineapple juice, blackcurrant and raspberry leaf fill the nose, complemented by notes of milk chocolate-covered raisins, café latte, ripe banana, aniseed, crème caramel with demerara sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon throughout the palate.
