90/100 Decanter Georgie Hindle "Nuanced nose, smells polished and poised. This is spicy and high-toned, full of sweet cinnamon and cedar. Feels a little astringent right now even though there's a good core of bright cherry and strawberry fruit. I do like the juiciness and this has a soft sweetness, but the wood element is still quite pronounced. Firm acidity and some wet stone, too. Seems to have a lot of the elements and wood does feel quite well handled, though there is an oaky, warming sensation on the finish.."

"The 2019 Siaurac has a more introverted bouquet than some of its Lalande-de-Pomerol peers: deep broody black fruit, touches of undergrowth and black plums. The palate is more vivacious and provides the energy thanks to the keen thread of acidity. It is quite a muscular wine, firm grip with a tang of black pepper towards the finish and a citric aftertaste. It is a bit rough around the edges but the component parts will come together with time." Drink 2024 - 2040

Delivery

You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £60 or more (Cambridge and surrounds) and £120 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland Great Britain.

We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday. This may take longer if stock needs to be collected from one more locations.

Customers should receive notification from our couriers by text when their order is en route.

Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.

Delivery Instructions

Simply fill in the box titled ‘Add a note for your delivery driver here’ on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the ‘Add delivery instructions’ section. Please use this section to instruct your driver on a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as ‘If out leave with neighbour’. If you do not provide any instructions, Parcelforce will leave a card and your delivery will be delayed. If there is no-one over the age of 18 available to receive the local delivery, we will contact you to make arrangements.
