While intense in colour, it remains deliciously fresh and floral. The nose is lifted, expressive, and filled with wild strawberry, cherry, and crushed raspberry. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay give fleshy white peach and watermelon, balanced by a bright, crunchy acidity. It is light-bodied yet remarkably textured, finishing with a savoury salinity.

Pale salmon-pink in colour. The nose opens with floral aromas, followed by stone fruits and strawberries, with subtle herbal notes in the background. The philosophy here is to use top quality fruit that is produced by intensive, hands on work in the vineyard and minimal use of chemicals. This delicate Rose has deliciously strawberry laced aromas followed by a seductive palate of crisp, juicy, creamy fruit. Ideal sipped chilled on a summer’s day or coupled with lightly spicy foods.

After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to our winery, located just a few miles away from our vineyard. To ensure the best quality, they undergo a double manual selection to separate out the best grapes. The selected grapes immediately enter our special pneumatic press, whose nitrogen blanketing system ensures greater aromatic intensity. Each harvest is fermented in separate tanks, then blended together for the perfect balance and further aging on the lees for extra body. Using proprietary techniques, we are able to gently reduce the wine’s alcohol to 10% while maintaining 100% of the wine’s natural taste. This resulted in an 85 calorie per 5 oz. serving Rosé. The wine is naturally dry with zero sugar, yet imparts the perception of sweetness from the juicy red fruit flavours combined with an elegant minerality. The wine is then cold-stabilized for one week.

Limited skin maceration of the indigenous grape variety Liatiko for 2-3 hours, before controlled alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Light pink color, aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and ripe cherries, with spicy notes. Balanced, rich and aromatic mouthfeel with a long aftertaste. The wine reveals a beautiful peach hue, reminiscent of rose gold. The nose is enveloping with aromas of candied citrus, evolving towards lemon verbena leaves.
