Refined, poised and balanced. A welcoming burst of warmth and intensity on the nose. A squeeze of ripe lemon freshens an intense palate of yellow stone fruit framed by mouthwatering saline acidity. Gentle notes of toast provide a savoury backbone to the luscious fruit, providing moreish balance.

A particularly elegant, finely balanced example of Marlborough Chardonnay. Ripe, concentrated flavours of citrus and nectarine fruit with barrel ferment nuttiness and a slightly creamy texture help to give a subtly persistent weight and finish. The wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and some barrel ageing. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.

Right from the get-go, this sets itself apart from the rest of the pack with a level of polish, complexity and balance. The nose has ripe peach and mango fruits; gentle savoury, yeasty complexity adds biscuity aromas too. The palate has an immediate sense of concentration and the textural richness builds in smooth layers; there’s pear and nectarine, and a juicy, precise finish. Scents of a summer orchard: juicy nectarines, plump sun-dried apricots and tree-ripened lemons mingled with musky oriental spices. The palate is silky and sumptuous – warm honeyed stone fruit with almonds and shortcake. A lithe, textural wine of intense richness, laced with a citrusy, sherbet-like zest.

Mineral, saline aromas. Quite spicy. A little bit tropical, guava, passionfruit. Melon fruit, juicy, vibrant. Totally different. Very juicy. Textural. Plump but not fat. Bigger boned.

Clear, creamy, nutty, silky. Ripe pear, nutmeg. 4.4g/l sugar, but tastes much richer. Winemaker Fiona Turner really is a star.

Varietal with a gentle herbacous quality transitioning into ripe white fleshed fruits of apple and lemon, a touch of pineapple then a light white vegtable quality. Crisp, taut, fruity, refreshing and dry with complexity from bottle development and a whisper of toastiness, there is plenty to admire, but this wine is also young with acidity and energy as well. As the wine becomes more ambient the flavours and textures grow and develop. A thoroughly interesting example, balanced and well made.

A seductive combination of white nectarine, pink grapefruit and candied orange rind mingles with the more savoury aromas of roasted chestnuts and hot buttered brioche – an elaborate concoction infused with linseed and woodsmoke. The savouriness carries through onto a wonderfully dry palate that has great texture and concentration, with distinct flintiness, tight structure and terrific ageing potential.

A textured and savoury wine. It shows fleshy white nectarine and orchard fruit, alongside a flint-focussed precision on the palate, with a grainy and honeyed richness. It shows crystalline purity, with powerful savoury oak, and layered complexity.

Gorgeous little citrus flowers link arms with melon and peach to dance in the sunshine, always maintaining an air of class.15% of the wine was aged in oak puncheons for added texture.

From a legendary New Zealand producer. Really pleasing nose. Straight up, classical, pure. Slightly smoky, but soft too. Creamy, sweet lemon, slightly pithy on the finish. Clean, simple, and pleasing.

Apricot on the nose, and a more subtle pear with a touch of citrus to wash it down when you start drinking. It's smooth and refreshing, while also being interesting enough to want to keep coming back. It is a single vineyard wine from the Keltern Vineyard situated near Maraekakaho on a stony river terrace formed by the Ngaruroro River. With warm daytime temperatures and cool nights this is an ideal site to grow premium Pinot Gris grapes. A small portion of barrel fermentation has added richness and complexity to this delicious and highly drinkable wine.

This Marlborough Sauvignon hits you with gooseberry, a burst of passionfruit, and enough citrusy zing to make your mouth water. It's got that classic Kiwi vibrancy, and the winemakers keep it simple to showcase the grape's pure personality. Expect a crisp, refreshing mouthful, but also a good bit of complexity. This is an excellent wine, very much in the style of Sauvignon Blanc that has made Marlborough famous, fresh grassy aromatics with superb texture and palate weight and fresh overall crispness. A small proportion of Semillon goes into the beland adding complexity and richness.

The best-known of all New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. Cloudy Bay pioneered the category and have always set an exceptionally high bar. The coolness of the 2025 vintage made for a later than expected harvest, allowing aroma and flavour precursors in the grapes to develop fully while the grapes retained excellent levels of acidity. The vintage conditions culminated in this wine that displays great typicity and delicate aromatics - elderflower, capsicum, herbs and gooseberry.
