Della Vite
Rich and extra-dry with a highly mineral palate that lingers, our Prosecco Superiore DOCG is characterised by hints of crostini and chamomile. While you might initially think the Della Vite Prosecco Superiore is named after its founders Chloe, Poppy and Cara Delevingne, it’s actually the Italian term for “of the vine”. Based in Northern Italy’s Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene, the Biasotto’s winery, Foss Marai, grows the Glera grapes on 40-year-old vines that are hand-picked to produce every bottle of fizz. Sparkling with notes of citrus blossom and olive, this vegan tipple complements plates of figs and honey as well as fresh rocket salads.

Della Vite
Elegant, pale coral pink in colour with an aromatic nose of freshly crushed wild berries and rhubarb. A bright, clean palate with delicate fruit flavours balanced by a creamy texture and fine bubbles, leading to a long, smooth finish. Try with fresh ceviche, baked cavolo nero or nduja bruschetta. It’s also delicious paired with mango sorbet or rhubarb panna cotta.

Cantine Volpi
Late-picked naturally sweet Moscato (Muscat) grapes produce this irresistible fizz. A smell like a bag of sultanas leads on to sweet baked-apple fruit. Try it ice cold as a refreshing aperitif (5.5% abv), with fruity puddings or even cheese.

Proverbio
PRO for Prosecco, VER for Vero (Truly in Italian) BIO for Biologico (Organic). The palate is soft and fresh, offering zippy acidity and a complex array of primary fruit flavours, including peach, pear and apricot. This is enjoyable on its own as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with oriental cuisine. All vineyards are situated on gentle hillside slopes in the Treviso province, at an altitude of 250 metres above sea level. The grapes are carefully handpicked in mid-late September when they have reached full maturity, but still retain a high acidity level, giving the freshness and fruitiness typical of Prosecco.
