Spirit of Cambridge
Made for us at St. Aidan's Winery on Holy Island. Mead is deeply ancient, honey based and long considered an aphrodisiac - though we make no claim in this department!

Beavertown
Heavyweight flavour, featherweight ABV. Our in your face IPA, that just happens to be alcohol-free. When we decided to brew an AF IPA, we wanted to roll a bit differently. Rather than brewing with small amounts of malt or dealcholizing after fermentation, for Lazer Crush we used a clever strain of yeast that fully ferments our crisp pilsner malt without producing alcohol and adds a hint of peachy fruit to boot. Then we laid down some heavy-duty hops. Azacca for ripe mango with a hint of fresh pine, Amarillo gives bags of sweet orange and Citra adds the zesty citrus and grapefruit bitterness that we all want in an IPA. The result is a rocket-fuelled, turbocharged, laser-sharp IPA at a Monday to Sunday crushable 0.3%.

Wylde Sky Brewing
Czech and Bavarian brewing provide the inspiration for this brew. It's all Pilsner at heart but we've brewed it in the Munich style so that it would be right at home at the Wiesn come Oktober time. It's clean, super refreshing and with low balanced bitterness has the makings of a session classic.

Forest Road
LEWI is the definition of summer refreshment. Single hopped with the Australian hop variant Galaxy, which is famous for having one of the highest percentages of aroma oils of any variety available. This translates to huge tropical flavours, and very low bitterness. What makes LEWI Pacific Ale unique vs our India Pale Ales (WORK, RIDE, JUNO) is that we use 100% super pale malt, which lets the hops do all the talking, and simply provides a fresh, light body from which the hops can really sing. The beer is very pale blonde in colour and luminously bright, best served in an ice-cold glass.

Beavertown
Lovely citrus fruits on the nose. It's a tough one, making an IPA that's high on flavour but low on alcohol. By god, this pulls it off. Lots of grapefruit, a decently bitter finish; it obviously doesn't have the malty sweetness you get from the higher abv. Fits the definition of session ale and would be great on a hot summer day.

Little Pomona Orchard & Cidery
Fom Little Pomona: Bottle conditioned dry perry The UK is home to a little known natural treasure. It’s called the perry pear. They come in all shapes and sizes growing on trees which are famously long lived. Although beautiful to look at, they are rarely pleasant to eat, but their fermented juice is capable of scaling heights normally reserved for fine wines. Our Table Perry is a joyously accessible introduction to this rare drink. With its creamy texture, juicy fruits, soft sparkle, gentle tannins and modest alcohol, Table Perry makes for happy company with any meal or conversation. Crafted from Hendre Huffcap and Thorn from Tedney Farm, Worcestershire, the little touch of sugars left over from fermentation makes this perfect with a wide range of spice food. It's also great picnic fare, works super well with almost anything coming from the barbecue, is a delight with vegetarian and vegan dishes, and loves a tangy goats cheese. Enjoy cold, not frozen, with food and friends 6.7%
