Bepi Tosolini
From the fine and agile hand of Bepe Tosolini. Lemons, Sugar and alcohol. As natural as it comes, droplets of citrus oil are visible on the surface and the colour changes from batch to batch depending on the lemons. No artificial colouring here. Love it.

Monin
This is the honey Monin Miel has an incredibly genuine, delicious honey flavour, but it's not quite as thick as actual honey - thus it's far easier to use for cocktail making, when thick honey just solidifies in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Try shaking up a cocktail with two shots of rye whisky, a hint of grapefruit juice, some Monin Honey syrup and serve it over crushed ice (it's known as a Brown Derby).

Canerock
Canerock is a fantastic drink created by the team at Maison Ferrand, using aged Jamaican rums at its core, including a generous helping of high-ester rums. Alongside these rums, the team infuses the likes of Madagascan vanilla pod, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut into the spirit, and a portion is given some extra time in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to allow its flavour profile to develop further. An impressive expression indeed, more than suitable for sipping neat, but will also be excellent for upgrading your rum cocktails.

Romain Le Bars
The award-winning Isle of Harris Gin is made in our home village of Tarbert, every drop distilled in a small copper gin still known as 'The Dottach', before being bottled and sealed by hand. Refreshing, with good balance between the bitter juniper and pine and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange. A green herb flavour of crushed coriander develops. Distinctive and smooth with a dry, flinty taste.

Whitley Neill
It is a delicious homage to a fond memory for Johnny Neill; Having moved down to Devon at an early age, Johnny would pick the local Gooseberries, and his mother would create a Gooseberry Fool for the family to enjoy. Whitley Neills Gooseberry Gin is a delicious, lightly sweetened gooseberry flavoured gin with hints of pear that has its roots in a classic dry gin.

Cambridge Distillery
Walks with Darcy (the distillery dog) through the meadows surrounding their distillery inspired William and Lucy Lowe to capture the taste of the English seasons. Using botanicals grown in and around their own home they created a recipe including juniper, fresh basil, rosemary, angelica, lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf and rose petals, each individually distilled and expertly blended into this outstanding gin. Bright, herbaceous, beautifully rounded and exquisitely refreshing, this gin captures the quintessential taste of the English seasons.

Filey Bay
As with all our whiskies, Filey Bay Peated Finish Batch #2 has been created to have depth, complexity and nuance for those with established palates, whilst not overwhelming those newer to whisky. How smoky is this release? Our Peated Finish is all about balance; soft and sweet with a gentle twist of smoke making this Filey Bay release perfect for any whisky fan whatever their preference. Whilst softer and fruitier than Batch #1, Batch #2 has a touch more smoke. A firm favourite of the distillery team, and a great stepping stone into a style of whisky that some can find a little extreme.

Whitley Neill
A stunning mix of tropical flavours from ripe and bright watermelon and kiwi adds refreshingly subtle hints of summer. All eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree shared a taste for discovery, and Johnny Neill is no different. Taking us back to the 1980s, a teenaged, white chino and wayfarer wearing Johnny remembers a tropically fabulous trip to Mauritius. Daily breakfast would include tucking into juicy and bright watermelons and kiwis while sitting back with his family and taking in beautiful island life.

Glenfiddich
Think you know peaty whisky? Think again. The fourth in Glenfiddich's much-admired Experimental Series is a marriage of their rarely-seen peated whisky with unpeated bourbon-aged single malt, all of which is finished in Latin rum casks. The result is a surprisingly sweet and smoky dram that blends rich caramel and spice notes with fresh green fruit and soft pillowy smoke. A worthy continuation of the series that's very interesting to pair with different types of food try it with spicy sausage or ice cream, for example.

The story of Kyrö Distillery Company started as a dream in a Finnish sauna. With Kyrö Wood Smoke we honour the oldest kind of Finnish sauna the smoke sauna. Using an ancient northern tradition, the rye used in Kyrö Wood Smoke has been introduced to alder smoke in a 100-year old "riihi" barn. Double pot distilled, Kyrö Wood Smoke is then aged in a combination of French oak, new American oak and ex-bourbon casks, resulting in intense pepperiness and sweet notes of caramel and vanilla, lifted by crisp alder smoke. It's perfect sipped as it is, with ice, or if you're looking for a new twist, in your favourite whisky cocktail.

Bumbu
Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex handcrafted rum created from scratch by our master distiller, our XO is aged up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and selectively finished in Spanish white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum. This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where we created a truly unique and unquestionably superior rum. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate. A wonderfully engaging rum that encourages repeat visits, Bumbu XO is perfect for traditional rum cocktails and perhaps even better on its own, neat or with a single ice cube.

Depth Charge
Depth Charge Spiced Rum packs a big, powerful flavour profile, having been made with a fantastic base of Caribbean rum, a selection of tasty spices and generous helpings of lime and mandarin at its core. The name comes from an ancient seafaring tale, where there was once a formidable sailor who encountered a fierce mythological sea monster, which defeated it comprehensively. But then, something appeared to challenge the sea monster - it was Depth Charge! Or at least, some version of that story. You can see what they did there. Anyway, expect this expression to be great served simply over ice with a good wedge of lime, and it should pair brilliantly with all those classic rum mixers we know and love.

Tomatin
Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old is a decadent single malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices. The Oloroso Sherry casks impart flavours of dried fruits, flamed orange peel, cinder toffee, black cherry and cardamom. The peat provides a traditional earthy dryness rather than an obvious smoke, this has helped keep some of the sweeter elements of the sherry casks perfectly balanced.
