A 2009-vintage Unnamed Speyside single malt from bottler Signatory Vintage that was made at a mystery distillery in Speyside and matured in a refill butt for 13 years, before being bottled in June 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Stewed fruits, Seville orange and chewy toffee with some warm gingerbread spiciness emerge first, with hints of peaches and cream and caramelised apple underneath. A little earthy clove and black peppercorn add depth among burnt sugar and some tropical fruit.
An aromatic, smoky Guyanese rum from Jung & Wulff that celebrates some of the first rum importers in New Orleans – L.E Jung and Frederick Wulff. The palate is creamy and rich, with sweet vanilla, wood smoke, green grass, black pepper and bittersweet oak that linger in the finish.

This release captures Daftmill’s signature style, with green fruits, herbal nuances, and toasted almonds on the nose, followed by comforting notes of croissants and marzipan. Add a splash of water, and you’ll uncover fennel and butterscotch. The palate is beautifully balanced, starting with sweet fruits and Scottish tablet, then transitioning into drier, herbal tones. This is Edradour at its best, bottled by the distillery's owners, Signatory Vintage, as part of their Unchillfiltered (UCF) collection.
We'll spare you the philosophical discussion about wherther this counts as an official or independent bottling and get straight to the point. Distilled at Edradour distillery in 2012, this spirit was matured in a single first-fill sherry cask which acts as the ultimate balancing foil to the decidedly old-school, rustic and funky spirit character.
As the name suggests, this whisky was bottled without chill-filtration, nor additional colouring.

Cu Bocan is a lightly peated single malt from Tomatin distillery in Inverness – first introduced in 2013. This 12-year-old expression was finished in a mix of rum casks from Guyana and Barbados, contributing depth and notes of warm spices to the whisky. The result is a malt that offers fresh notes of brine, grilled pineapple, ginger and milk chocolate throughout the palate.
This heavily-peated whisky from Torabhaig distillery was bottled at cask-strength and offers further insight into its distillery style. Aromas of smoked heather, blossom honey, barley sugars and salty sea air fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla ice cream, bonfire smoke, hot tar, oily brine and sweet spices throughout the palate.
The fourth and final in an annual series of limited seasonal bottlings, Lochlea 'Ploughing Edition' represents the season of Winter on the farm, when we start to plough the fields in preparation for sowing the barley seed in Spring.
Production Director John Campbell has chosen a combination of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks for this release, to create a warming, smoky version of our signature Lochlea whisky.

The V.S.O.P. differentiates itself by a selection of apple ciders exclusively harvested in the Pays d’Auge region, a delimited terroir representing only 6% of the Normandy region. The typicity that the soil confers to the apple coupled with a double distillation in pot stills give the V.S.O.P. a rich and long palate.
It is characterized by a perfect balance between the fruitiness of the apple and the aromas brought by over 9 years of ageing in century-old oak barrels. The double distillation confers aromatic complexity and an exceptional palate length.

and laureate malted barley with an in-grain phenols content of
