These yeasts are a true treasure of Japanese culture and allow us to vinify at much lower temperatures than regular wine yeast, which has always been a dream for winemakers.
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a very new and unique profile, mixing the wonderful terroir of
Chile, techniques of French vilification, and the millenary tradition of Japan.
Nose : Complex with a beautiful intensity of citrus fruits and white flowers, such as orange blossom. Notes of Green spices with bakery and vanilla flavours.
Palate : A floral sauvignon blanc with criticus aromas. A hint of chilli pepper add originality to its character. It’s soft, dry, with medium acidity round and well balanced. Elegant thanks to a workon lees, we can enjoy a long and creamy finish.
Delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £60 or more (Cambridge and surrounds) and £120 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland Great Britain.
We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday. This may take longer if stock needs to be collected from one more locations.
Customers should receive notification from our couriers by text when their order is en route.
Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age.
On our website you will notice that many products carry a notice that they are only for sale to people of legal age. During the check out process you will be asked to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase any age-restricted products.
You will not be able to check out without providing that confirmation.
