You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or more (Cambridge and surrounds) and £100 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland UK.
We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age.
On our website you will notice that many products carry a notice that they are only for sale to people of legal age. During the check out process you will be asked to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase any age-restricted products.
You will not be able to check out without providing that confirmation.

When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled ‘Add a note for your delivery driver here’ on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the ‘Add delivery instructions’ section. Please use this section to instruct your driver on a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as ‘If out leave with neighbour’. If you do not provide any instructions, Parcelforce will leave a card and your delivery will be delayed. If there is no-one over the age of 18 available to receive the local delivery, we will contact you to make arrangements.
The following postcodes are included in our local delivery service (free delivery over £50): CB1, CB2, CB3, CB4, CB5, CB8, CB10, CB11, CB21, CB22, CB23, CB24, CB25.
All CB postcodes not included in this list will fall under UK mainland delivery charges – free delivery over £100.
We are able to ship wine to Europe, subject to additional courier fees associated with transportation and administration costs. Please note that our carriers refuse to ship liquids with an alcohol strength exceeding 24% ABV outside the UK.
Please note that all En Primeur deliveries to UK mainland addresses are charged at £9.99 per physical case of six or twelve bottles (as appropriate). This charge applies to all orders. Where our couriers impose a surcharge, for instance for Highland deliveries, we will pass this on to you at cost.
