In the mouth, it is soft and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity that supports the wine's freshness and structure. Although it is rich and structured, it maintains a balance that makes it enjoyable even when young. Perfect with cold cuts and red meat dishes, it is a wine that enhances rich and intense flavours. Its fruity notes and velvety structure go well with the fattiness of cured meats and red meats.
