Very Limited presentation to commemorate Cambridge Wine Merchants' 30th Anniversary, presented in a cream and gold Ramos Pinto 30 Year Old branded box with exclusive CWM 30th Anniversary branding. Amber coloured with orange and garnet tones. The delicate green highlights of the meniscus is characteristic of old cask-aged wines and illustrates the quality and advanced age of this fine port. This complex, perfectly balanced port shows rich aromas of dried fruit and vanilla. Agitate the glass and spice aromas of cinnamon and cocoa are liberated. In the mouth, the attack is fresh, fine and delicate. Ripe, dried fruit softly emerges with almond and hazelnut, culminating in vanilla flavours which linger gracefully on the palate. Appreciate this elegant Port at the close of a fine meal with good friends.It should be served at 15º- 19ºC.

Welcome to the Signature Series, a brand new four-part series beginning with Edition 1, Remnant Renegade this autumn 2023. This edition, hand selected by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman, is a selection of Arran Single Malts which showcase the diversity of our spirit and the values which are important to us. ‘Remnant Renegade’ is the first bottling of this edition. It is a marriage of a selection of remnant casks - Ex-Sherry Hogsheads, Ex-Sherry Butts and Ex-Bourbon Barrels from across the Arran portfolio between as early as only a couple of years after we started distilling to as recently as 2017. Specially selected and blended by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman bearing his seal of approval. Distilled and matured at Lochranza. The series begins with Edition 1 at 46% Vol, and as always non-chill filtered and with no added colouring. We are very excited to embark upon a brand new series! For us, the series represents something important to us - looking at the quality of the whisky in your glass and focussing on investing in your own whisky enjoyment. Errazuriz
Errazuriz is one of the most famous Chilean wineries, founded in 1870 and consistently one of the world's most admired wine brands. They make the icon wine Sena, which beat Ch Lafite and Ch Mouton Rothschild in the Berlin Tasting to be named the finest Cabernet Sauvignon in the world. The grapes for the Winemaker's Selection Sauvignon Blanc come from selected vineyards that grow close to the Pacific Ocean’s coast in the Aconcagua Region, on rolling hills at an altitude of 100 to 300 meters above sea level. Gentle Pacific breezes and morning fog make these vineyards ideal for producing refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were picked by hand and taken to the winery, where they were carefully destemmed, crushed and pressed. The must was lightly clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was kept on their lees for three months to intensify its distinctive fruit character and develop a nice texture. The nose displays citrus aromas of lime and tangerine. The palate features flavours of mandarin, tropical fruits and herbal notes. A wine with refreshing acidity, great depth and persistence.

Raul Pérez
"2020 was a very good year for whites, and they harvested very early. The 2020 Ultreia Godello shows restraint and very low pH (3.2!) with high acidity (6.6 to 6.8). None of the whites go through malolactic, and this is the freshest vintage of this wine so far. This is now made with mostly own grapes from Cacabelos and Ponferrada (in 2022 they will own around 80% of the vineyards used for this wine), matured in a mixture of barriques, oak foudres and some concrete. It's super tasty, mineral and finishes dry. There are some 30,000 bottles of this wine. Having almost single-handedly put Bierzo on the map, Raúl’s guru-like status (and appearance!) has inspired a whole new generation of dynamic winemakers across the entirety of Spain." "As new vineyards come in to production the main white of the project is now produced from majority estate fruit, mostly from the eastern part of the Bierzo zone, on schist and clay soils, from vines averaging 30-35 years old. Harvest here takes place a full 20 days later than in Valtuille, yielding grapes with high natural acidity and only 11-12% potential alcohol, which provides excellent blending material. 25% is sourced from Cacabelos on deeper clay-stony soils, and the final 25% from Valtuille where the vineyards have a higher percentage of sand in the soils. All plots are fermented in oak tank and assembled just before bottling. Aging takes place in barrels of various sizes and ages. The 2020 has a really good freshness and bright, zingy personality – moreish but with plenty going on, it is always on the youthful citrus, white fruit and flowers."
