Vedett, a blond, light, well hopped premium beer with 5% alcohol content, is the cult Duvel Moortgat beer today: following its birth in 1945, it quickly acquired fame and recognition within an intimate circle of insiders in the Antwerp-Brussels region.

A huge hop aroma gives way to malty sweetness and a gentle bitter finish in this Northamptonshire-meets-American-West-Coast pale ale.

A more golden colour in the glass, bit more body, nice touch of malt. The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!

Take a trip down under with this iconic Aussie-hopped IPA. Eclipse, Vic Secret and Galaxy supply lashings of citrus peel, mandarin and a dash of pineapple. Uluru (Oo•Luh•Roo) is a sacred red rock in Australia that was thought to of formed over 550 million years ago. There is no doubt this beer will go down in history as well!

West Coast IPA From across the ocean comes the resurgent west coast IPA Style. Big citrus, big pine and big bitterness come in waves throughout this brew, courtesy of some BIG ‘C’ Hops. Get ready because the tide is changing and big sea is coming!

A South Australian classic with a distinctive label (complete with kangaroo on the bottle neck!), this pale ale is clean, crisp and refreshing. Fruity and floral, with excellent bitterness and a noticeable malt character. Naturally cloudy from the secondary fermentation in bottle.

A stronger version of our previous keg only release, I Never Promised You a Beer Garden, this saison based beer has an addition of rosehips and amarillo hops to accentuate the stone fruit & candied citrus peel flavours.

Trappist beer from the Orval Abbey in Belgium. A world-famous beer and rightly so. This Belgian Trappist beer is a delicious slightly sweet pale ale brewed with subtle, citrusy hops. So far, so normal, but then the beer is dry hopped and bottle fermented with Brettanomyces, which over time eats all the sugar in the beer and leaves behind a herbal-dry beer unlike any other drink in the world. Loaded with umami like flavours, a touch of caramel and a strong zesty orange pith flavour, it’s truly one of the best beers ever made.

Brugse Zot Brune is a dark brown beer, inclinging towards ruby red. It is brewed with six special varieties of malt, which give the beer a rich and distrinctive aroma. One can discover the scent of honey, almonds, chocolate and even brown sugar. By using the Czech Saaz hop from Zatec, the beer has a complex pallet of roasted malts and a distrinctive flavour. Brugse Zot Dubbel is known to leave a warm glow in the mouth with a bitter and hoppy finish leanding towards liquorice and even coffee roast.

Reddish-brown color with amber-gold highlights; soft body leads to earthy flavors and an herbal character. Refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with a bit of caramel. Bottle-conditioned for soft natural carbonation.

A cider/saison blend produced by adding freshly pressed organic Golden Delicious apple juice to a barrel of our 5 month barrel aged organic saison. With the fresh yeast & sugars from the juice, the blend was left to referment for an additional 4 months leaving us with a suitably dry, tart & refreshing saison/cider blend.

Our craft classic has a smooth malty background to balance the berry, citrus and floral hop aromas. Its slightly dry finish adds to this being a very easy drinking pale.

Alcohol-free Pale Ale. A delight for the senses, this beer delivers on all levels. Rosy floral aromas are immediate as you pour, with a light and limey citrus bite on the palate and a balanced but obvious bitterness to finish.
