Oakham were the first brewery to commercially brew with Citra hops, this single variety hop ale is now a permanent fixture in their range. A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Lovely citrus fruits on the nose. It's a tough one, making an IPA that's high on flavour but low on alcohol. By god, this pulls it off. Lots of grapefruit, a decently bitter finish; it obviously doesn't have the malty sweetness you get from the higher abv. Fits the definition of  session ale and would be great on a hot summer day.

An amber coloured wheat beer, brewed according to traditional and well-honed procedures utilising select ingredients. This beer receives its easy quaffability and its delicate spicy taste from its fermentation, up to full maturity, in bottles and its careful storage within Augustiner's own ripening vaults.

The Duvel Moortgat family brewery is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year, with a new variant of Duvel, a new mild, full-bodied blond Duvel with the alcohol percentage of 6.66%.

Delicately flavoured golden organic ale in which subtle fruity esters from the Samuel Smith yeast strain interact with a background of maltiness and fresh hops.

A more golden colour in the glass, bit more body, nice touch of malt. The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!

Trappist beer from the Orval Abbey in Belgium. A world-famous beer and rightly so. This Belgian Trappist beer is a delicious slightly sweet pale ale brewed with subtle, citrusy hops. So far, so normal, but then the beer is dry hopped and bottle fermented with Brettanomyces, which over time eats all the sugar in the beer and leaves behind a herbal-dry beer unlike any other drink in the world. Loaded with umami like flavours, a touch of caramel and a strong zesty orange pith flavour, it’s truly one of the best beers ever made.

A cider/saison blend produced by adding freshly pressed organic Golden Delicious apple juice to a barrel of our 5 month barrel aged organic saison. With the fresh yeast & sugars from the juice, the blend was left to referment for an additional 4 months leaving us with a suitably dry, tart & refreshing saison/cider blend.

Orange and peach on the nose, with the characteristic juicy yet smooth mouthfeel and low perceived bitterness. The perfect hazy pale for care free summers.

Alcohol-free Pale Ale. A delight for the senses, this beer delivers on all levels. Rosy floral aromas are immediate as you pour, with a light and limey citrus bite on the palate and a balanced but obvious bitterness to finish.

This hazy hoppy New England IPA bursts with juice citrus and lush tropical fruit notes. Super refreshing with a smooth body and soft mouthfeel. Brewed as part of a series of collaboration beers with Cambridge Wine Merchants.
