Wild Beer Co
BLENDING + SOUR + NINKASI Ninkasi has long been a favourite at Wild Beer due to its versitility of flavours that work so beautifully with food. We wanted to take this further by bringing in some acidity to balance with the rich saison character and so we blended in our infamous sour beer 'Somerset Wild'. The result was divine!

Nightingale
A joining of worlds. Ross on Wyes Dabinett, fermented in Kentucky oak barrels, with its aromatic vanilla, gentle and complex tannins, melded with Nightingales Bramley, with bracing acidity and delicious green sourness. We tried a dozen blends, but this one tells a story of East and West, of Kentish and Herefordian cidermaking.

Siren
Dry Hopped Lager. Santo is a distinctly Siren lager. Our take on the style is full of American hops, working in harmony to offer subtle tropical fruit notes and bright citrus flavours. It pours with a delicate haze and a striking aroma. Saintly fresh, but devilishly drinkable.

Artistraw Cider
'Duffryn' 2020. Some orchards even more than others contain within them a special kind of magic. Duffryn is one such. Towering cathedrals of oak flank avenues of ancient twisted and gnarled apple trees which are home to a plethora of life. White ermine moths, red kites, iridescent noble chafer beetles, butterflies, bats, bees, fungi, foxes and foxgloves all inhabit and frequent this haven from industrial agriculture. Red apple skins and autumnal earthiness on the nose. In the mouth this orchard blend has a burst of fruity acidity followed by big, soft chewy tannins and juicy fizzy cola bottle flavour with a hint of spice. Long drying and gently astringent finish. 5.7% Vol Natural, unfiltered, unpasteurised, wild fermented, pet nat medium, pure juice cider Apples handpicked from unsprayed traditional standard orchards - Harry Masters Jersey, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Sheeps Snout, Browns, Newton Wonder, Kingston Black Pressed November 2020 No added sulphites

It's a tropical cocktail in a can--and, oh yeah, in beer form! Passionfruit, mango, pineapple and peach. The slightly drying finish keeps things refreshing. And it's non-alcoholic!
