It is supplied in the traditional armagnac bottle. Aroma - Toffee, baked pear, almond and nutmeg Distillation is with an Armagnac type copper alembic still at around 60 - 62 degrees. Courvoisier
A youthful and lovely blend of cognac delivering a spectrum of sensations. Delicious with simple mixers like ginger ale and perfect for creating mouth-watering cocktails and punches. A blend of several crus aged between three and seven years, composed primarily of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite Champagne. The fusion of younger and older cognacs gives Courvoisier vs fruity, delicate taste and a bouquet filled with ripe fruit and spring flowers.

Delamain
A Grande Champagne Cognac blended from well-aged eaux-de-vie, this enjoys a two year marriage. It is "pale" for it has a light hue, despite its age, and is "dry" for it has no added sweetener. The nose is full and thick with floral notes, a little oak and vanilla spice with a touch of rancio, some leather. The palate is supple and rounded with plenty of fruit. Quite floral with a herbal note. The finish is long and balanced.

Chateau de Montifaud
This is not Cognac as you know it, this is hand-made, small batch, artisanal and utterly delicious! The grapes, 100% Ugni Blanc, all come from the 7ha estate in the Grand Champagne 1er Cru area and unlike all the big boys nothing is automated. They use 2 small, traditional copper pot stills of 18 and 25 hl to distil the wine on its fine lees and the cut is done by hand to ensure the best selection. Utterly delicious
