Low and No alcohol

The wine is dealcoholised by using spinning cone columns in a form of low temperature vacuum steam distillation to gently extract alcohol from the wine while minimising the effect on the taste of the wine.

On our hunt for decent alcohol-free wines this came out as a winner. A light yellow with green tint in colour, aromas of ripe tropical fruit, flavours of yellow peaches and gooseberries complimented by a fresh acidity. This wine will pair well with most seafood, and of course drinks well on its own. Alcohol Free wines have just natural ingredients but techniques to ensure it is alcohol free vary. This Muscat wine has had the alcohol removed. Pale yellow, very clean and grapey aromas. Fresh and bright on the palate.

Some fizz (relatively modest), low (10%) alcohol and a bit of sugar (only 5 grams per litre– barely over the legal “dry” limit and rather low for this style). It is a blend of 40% Arinto, 20% Azal, 20% Avesso and 20% Loureiro. This is the winery’s entry-level wine and it offers amazing value. We've made the decision to offer the wine in both cork and screwcap. This is the screwcap version.

Absolutlely divine pet nat from Gramiller. So fine, fruity, fresh and elegant. 99% Clairette Brut, sown with 1% of the freshest Alicante which together give it aromas of white peaches, wild strawberries and red currants. The palate unfolds with these flavours whilst being juicy but oh-so fresh with the finest of tannins. An outstanding effort.

Fruit! Glorious fruit! Oh my, what a delicious wine made up of Alicante Bouschet 70% and Grenache Noir 30%. The very friendliest Alicante we have ever tasted. Dreamy, sweet blueberry and fresh blackberry fruit that is pleasingly aromatic, juicy, seamless that sits just right on the palate. Perfect for when you want the pleasures of gorgeous fruit with nice depth and presence but with a delightful lightness of touch because of the moderate alcohol (only 12.5% abv) and pleasingly light, soft tannin. Utterly great on its own or with lighter meat dishes. Wonderful and unique. "Rhonejolais", if you will.

A pure fruited, natural wine without additional sulphites. Shimmering fruit backed up by gorgeous savouriness and delightful floral notes - this is a real star for those who like a little restraint and class in their glass (only 13% abv). This is an utterly delicious take on Côtes du Rhône with Grenache leading the way backed up by Carignan and then Syrah. Beautiful balance and real elegance. Vigneron Frederic Julien has some talent!
