Sourced from selected premium vineyards this classic Australian Chardonnay combines sumptuous aromas of peach and pineapple with complementing ripe tropical fruit flavours on the palate, all perfectly balanced with a subtle citrus zing.

Intense dark red with a hint of violet. The bouquet gives an impression of sweet earthiness and lifted florals, blueberries, fresh tobacco, white pepper and spice. Pure florals, red berries and a silky texture.

Pale lemon in colour, Dry River Pinot Grigio displays a powerful bouquet of citrus blossom, lime and grapefruit aromas. On the palate, classic Pinot Grigio flavours of green apple, pear and tropical fruits helping to give balance to the wine’s crisp, crunchy acidity prior to a surprisingly long finish untypical of this grape variety.

The palate offers wild cherry, blackberry and a hint of balsamic balanced by spicy oak. This wine has a high level of natural acidity, well-balanced by the fine, rounded tannins.

This is a zippy, ripe Chardonnay from cool, premium Margaret River, shot through by elegant minerality.

Virginia Willcock’s interest in winemaking began in Perth, where as a teenager she assisted her father on a small vineyard. Her experience led her to the Margaret River, and today she is one of Australia’s most-awarded winemakers. Margaret River’s rich sunshine enriches the Chardonnay grapes with intense flavour. Cool nights chase sun-filled days that encourage a neat stroke of acidity that perfectly rounds each sip. Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. Wallace is an ancestral name of Colin's wife, Judith, whose family hail from the old market town of Cupar in Fife, Scotland. Judith's Celtic ancestry is reflected in the three elements of the Wallace symbol - the Celtic cross, thistle and the Celtic knot pattern.

This Shiraz has an intense crimson colour with youthful purple hues. Generous, mouth-filling sweet blackberries, raspberries and plums cover the palate with lashings of sweet spice. Firm but fine tannins and dark chocolatey nuances continue throughout the lengthy palate with a youthful finish.

This wine is full of vibrant red fruits balanced with spice and sweet oak. The mid weight palate has lots of red cherries and blackberries and finishes with gentle spicy oak and mocha characters.

Deliciously rounded wine with a crisp and clean finish balanced nicely by gentle acidity.

Winemaker Larry Cherubino has crafted a delectable cool-climate Pinot from specially selected vineyards across the Yarra Valley. Tasting notes from the winemaker: "Lovely varietal intensity in the wild strawberry and cherry, lightly savory spectrum, vibrant and juicy, with gentle French oak influence."

At this price point Ben Glaetzer starts to get his mitts on some really mature vine fruit. This is 100% Barossa shiraz sourced from vines that are between 35 and 120 years old. It’s remarkable that such old vine fruit could be included in a wine at this price, but hey, who’s complaining. In this hot year those old vines kicked in and provided some excellent fruit that doesn’t have a hint of being cooked or out of whack in that important flavour sugar trade-off. It gets a reasonable amount of oak with about 40 % new and largely French for about 16 months. Loaded with that mix of black fruits and dark plum with a typical Barossa coffee grinds character. Generous grainy mouth feel with a sustained finish. Another cracking good wine at a mighty good price.

Deep ruby with crimson hues. Fragrant, floral aromas of violets over spicy blackberry, raspberry and blueberry, with underlying spice notes of anise and black pepper, with sage, bay leaf and cedar. The palate is spicy, juicy and concentrated with ripe blueberry and freshly cut strawberry and plum creating layers of flavour with bright acidity and complexity from long, fine, savoury tannins.

Opaque and ruby red in colour, Woolloomooloo Shiraz displays a nose of smoky, ripe berry fruits with a touch of mint. Smooth and rich on the palate with spicy flavours of luscious dark berry fruits. Vegan.

Produced from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Gris this is a kaleidoscope of exotic flavours. Passionfruit, lime, bay leaf, pear, Turkish delight, lychee and rosewater. Interestingly complex yet refined, softly textured but refreshingly minerally on the finish. A wonderful aperitif, however would equally be lovely when enjoyed with lightly spiced Asian cuisine or herby chicken/vegetable dishes.
