Jean-Paul Brun
A complex Beaujolais packed with alluring red-fruit and herbal elements that interplay across your palate in perfect harmony. Medium-intensity ruby in colour, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red plum, fig, hay rhubarb, raspberry, red currant, violet, black tea, and hibiscus. On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Beaujolais has medium-plus-intensity, floral flavours suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a black-tea-infused, long finish. The midpalate sings, and you wont want the experience of enjoying this wine to end.

Jean-Paul Brun
Jean Paul Brun is known throughout Beaujolais as the original farmer of the region. He has always practiced organically though doesnt bother himself with the bureaucracy of the paperwork. The terres dorees on which he grows his vines is a truly beautiful part of the region, and literally translates to the golden lands. This golden beauty is fully translated into his Beaujolais blanc. Dry and elegant, with lovely intense ripe fruit with citrus flavours. Pure, juicy and succulent. Real class. 100% unoaked Chardonnay from top sites in the Maconnais. Beaujolais like you've never tried before!

Jean-Paul Brun
The only thing ancient about this wine is the name - here is the new generation of Beaujolais-Villages Once tasted, forever conquered. Its creator is a genius: Jean-Paul Brun, a counter-conventional winegrower, has reinvigorated the reputation of Beaujolais wines. Of a quality equal to the wines of Côte de Beaune, its winery, Terres Dorées, offers excellent quality for the price.

Liger-Belair
Liger-Belair's Beaujolais' are so well made that they have this amazing capacity to develop further with a little bit of age. A deep colour. Slightly reduced on the nose. There are granular tannins on the palate with some licorice and milk chocolate flavors too but at the same time the wine has lots of acidity and a angular edge. This is a little vegetal but still a lovely and complex Moulin a Vent.

Armand Heitz
Juliénas is a terroir of schist and blue stone. The same type of soil as on the Côtes de Brouilly and Côtes de Py. In general, these characteristics call for intense and robust wines. At the domaine, I prefer to emphasise the finesse and elegance of the terroirs. My style of vinification with short vatting periods, no punching down and just a few pump-overs, goes very well with this masculine appellation.

Cave de Fleurie
Morgon offers a fuller expression of Beaujolais and takes on Pinot Noir-like maturity with a few years bottle age. A palate of juicy red fruit is introduced with floral aromas on the nose of rose and peony with flecks of cracked black peppercorns. The mouthfeel is fleshy with velvety tannins. Try with barbequed sausages or a fruity Moroccan tagine.

Thibault Liger-Belair
"The Cuvée Bourgogne "les Deux Terres" comes from a blend of both Beaujolais and Bourgogne Côte d'Or. This is why I decided to give it the name of "les Deux Terres" (the two lands)." Thibault Liger-Belair is constantly pushing the boundaries and knows how to get the different grape and land varieties to work together. Comprising 85% Gamay, ripe aromas of pepper, earth and red and dark currant give way to rich and relatively concentrated middle weight flavors that conclude in a reasonably long finish where hints of warmth and rusticity appear. Superb value Red Burgundy!
