Filey Bay hails from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, and the coastal whisky combines both pot and column still whiskies aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Whilst the overall style remains light and fruity, with familiar notes of vanilla and citrus, the extra maturation time gives Filey Bay Second Release a more rounded flavour with added depth.

Aromatic green coffee beans are sourced, roasted and cold-pressed in the distillery, and added to a base of F&S organic gin, complimenting its key botanicals of Juniper, Angelica and Coriander. an absolute cracker of a gin, best enjoyed neat over ice.
