Delightful pet nat from Gramiller. So fine, fruity, fresh and elegant. 50% Clairette and 50% Ugni Blanc. Pear, white flowers and cut grass on the nose. The palate unfolds with these flavours whilst being juicy but oh-so fresh and very fine and elegant Pet Nat. An outstanding effort.

Dvine pet nat from Gramiller. So fine, fruity, fresh and elegant. 99% Clairette Brut, sown with 1% of the freshest Alicante which together give it aromas of white peaches, wild strawberries and red currants. The palate unfolds with these flavours whilst being juicy but oh-so fresh with the finest of tannins. An outstanding effort.

Fruit! Glorious fruit! Oh my, what a delicious wine made up of Alicante Bouschet 50% and Grenache Noir 50%. The very friendliest Alicante we have ever tasted. Dreamy, sweet blueberry and fresh blackberry fruit that is pleasingly aromatic, juicy, seamless that sits just right on the palate. Perfect for when you want the pleasures of gorgeous fruit with nice depth and presence but with a delightful lightness of touch because of the moderate alcohol (only 12.5% abv) and pleasingly light, soft tannin. Utterly great on its own or with lighter meat dishes. Wonderful and unique. "Rhonejolais", if you will.

The wine is dealcoholised by using spinning cone columns in a form of low temperature vacuum steam distillation to gently extract alcohol from the wine while minimising the effect on the taste of the wine.

This Muscat wine has had the alcohol removed. Pale yellow, very clean and grapey aromas. Fresh and bright on the palate.

A perfect example of mid-Mosel dry Riesling - but without the alcohol. Delicate white peach fruit, cool slate minerality. Pale, deft and zesty and enticing.

Clear salmon pink, pink hue, delicate rose, with mineral character, red ripe fruit, strawberry. Refreshing and balanced acidity. A nice elegant Rosé. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to our winery, located just a few miles away from our vineyard. To ensure the best quality, they undergo a double manual selection to separate out the best grapes. The selected grapes immediately enter our special pneumatic press, whose nitrogen blanketing system ensures greater aromatic intensity. Each harvest is fermented in separate tanks, then blended together for the perfect balance and further aging on the lees for extra body. Using proprietary techniques, we are able to gently reduce the wine’s alcohol to 10% while maintaining 100% of the wine’s natural taste. This resulted in an 85 calorie per 5 oz. serving Rosé. The wine is naturally dry with zero sugar, yet imparts the perception of sweetness from the juicy red fruit flavours combined with an elegant minerality. The wine is then cold-stabilized for one week.
