Ninety percent Syrah (thirty years old) and ten percent Carignan (eighty years old) on schist terroir. Skin macération for seven days followed by whole-bunch fermentation in cuve and then bred in a 10hl Amphora for eight months. Just 2g/hl sulphites added just before bottling.

An exciting new wine from Vincent Carreras - 80% Xare.lo and 20% Macabeu aged in foudre. Sparkly bright but gently rich and layered. Divine.

The debut vintage in 'bottle' for Chemin de Moscou 'Reflet'. The previous few years have only been available as a special release magnum. Grenache-led with Syrah following along in a fine style. The wine is deep, smooth and beautifully sweet-fruited, but like its opposite, the classic Chemin de Moscou, the wines shows tremendous focus of line and length. The wine impresses very much now, but due to the controlled focus at its heart, it shall live a long time in the bottle.

It’s one hundred percent Malvoisie grown on schiste on a bed of argilo calcaire that sees skin macération for seven days then wild fermentation in cuve and then aged in small sandstone eggs (3hl) for eight months. Just before bottling 2g/hl of sulphites is added. Proper, deep orange wine. One for the ages.

70 % Sangiovese, 30% Syrah, is amongst the very best in the Languedoc. Intense color, pretty aromas of white flowers. With a nice roundness with a touch of juicy residual sugar that really works in this 20th harvest celebration wine. So much sheer joy and fun here. Emotional stuff.

Macerated for seven days then whole bunch fermentation took place. The wine was bred in aged in 6 hl barrels for eight months. Just 2g/hl sulphites added just before bottling.

This beautiful Margot 2022 (named after FX's little girl, Margot) is utterly divine modern, natural Roussillon Rose. The make up in this organic wine is 50% old vine Grenache Noir (grown on schist) seeing whole bunch and maceration on skins for 7 days and 50% direct press Carignan Noir (grown on clay). The naturally fermented juices are blended after malolactic fermentation. Tank aged for five months. A very low dose of sulphites at bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Coming in at a delightful 11.5% alcohol. A beautiful label drawn in school by young Margot also!

Grenache Noir and Carignan Noir from a single vineyard in a lieu-dit in Maury that is aromatic, expressive, lifted and pure. Seamless but focussed Maury Rouge from the master Daniel Laffite.

Another great but unsung white wine of the Roussillon. A blend of Grenache Blanc and Maccabeu. Outstanding wine that is intense and tangy from the high elevation vineyards. This cuvee ages gracefully for 10++ years. A bargain bottle from breath-taking vineyards that are beautifully worked by the master Eric Laguerre.

Dom. Chan Chan - Vins d'Altitude. A new-generation wine estate crafting refined, high-end wines from organically farmed, high-altitude vineyards on granite soils in the Roussillon. The estate is headed up by Mathieu and Manuele who have previously spent time with our friends Danjou-Banessy, Gilles Troullier and Leah Angles to gain invaluable experience to help enable them work as well as they can in their breath-taking vineyards. Lazzer. WHAT a wine. 100% Lledoner Pelut - a rare, indigenous grape variety and a cousin of Grenache Noir, AKA "hairy Grenache" - the word 'pelut' means hairy in Catalan. The variety gets this moniker due to its furry leaves and buds. It's grown on beautiful granite soils at an altitude of 500m, overlooking the Vallée du Têt facing Mount Canigou. Aged for 18 months in small sandstone eggs and fourth-use demi-muid barrels. The nose is dominated by dried herbs & earthy notes, perfectly encapsulating the rustic terroir of this commune. These are succeeded by aromas of strawberry & rhubarb. The experience is inverted on the palate, fresh cherries & strawberries dissipate into a savoury & herbaceous finish. Grippy tannins pair with juicy acidity to support the wine harmoniously, giving the wine a liveliness with a supple, velvety texture. Our favourite and arguably the estate’s finest cuvée; the altitude, granite soils and breeding help give this wine such lift, focus, concentration and freshness. Absolutely unique and quite outstanding. Unfiltered, unfined - Natural wine - Total SO2 < 30mg/L

Very rare, very low production. One of the legendary white wines of the Roussillon grown at elevation (500m) in a vineyard called 'Le Soula' (the name adopted by the neighbouring estate Eric Laguerre was once involved with) high in Saint-Martin-de-Fenouillet, on granite soils. Mineral, taught, fine and long with beautiful texture. A blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Rolle, Grenache Blanc and Maccabeu. Outstanding wine which can age gracefully for 25++ years. Beautiful vineyards that are beautifully worked by the master Eric Laguerre. After first visiting the vineyard back in September 2009, we are very happy to now be importing the wines from Domaine Laguerre exclusively to the UK market.

Pech Mege is a silky, focussed wine showing deep red fruits and the fresh minerality which is a characteristic of the schist soil of their vineyards.

This Syrah blend with soft black fruits and spice has been shaped by the sunbaked rocky soils of the Languedoc hinterland. A herbal, spicy bouquet is followed by youthful red cherries and supple mineral character derived from the schist rich soils.

100% Muscat d'Alexandre, fermented on skins (orange). Fermented dry, jasmine tea, crystallised fruit. A real one-off and super rare.

M 3.0 Le Mauzac is a traditional method sparkling wine with no added sugar at any of the 3 stages of production. The only thing fermented and added (twice more) is organic Mauzac juice. This cuvée is without doubt the finest representation of Limoux's indigenous grape variety. First planted by the Romans, it is particularly well adapted to the climate and requires much less water than Chardonnay. This pure Mauzac has been aged for 36 months in bottle, then disgorged. It is a particularly impressive and very elegant take with fine, persistent bubbles. A real 'wow' that you NEED to know about. "A remarkable balance is revealed on the palate between a full, mellow body, fine tension and the freshness of the fruit, with the added bonus of a long finish of green apples that is the hallmark of Mauzac." Cinsault Syrah blend that punches way above its class. Pale and gorgeous.

A testament to the ancestral terroir of Minervois La Livinière. This blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache highlights the characteristics of the appellation and the biodiversity of the terroir. Whilst respecting tradition, it is also in tune with the times. ‘La Petite Villa’ starts us off on the road to ‘Villa Mon Rêve’. On the nose, a bouquet of black fruit and spices reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and clove. This initial nose is supported by fresh aromas of peppermint and sweet cocoa bean notes. On the palate, a fine structure emerges with a supple, intense attack, offering a pleasant velvety texture and a spicy finish with young but promising tannins. Aromas of black fruit, garrigue, cocoa, pink pepper and fresh tobacco unfold fully, offering a rich, complex taste experience.

A limited edition wine from Gayda that changes with every vintage. And the 2023 is an exciting new take indeed! Beautiful Rolle (Vermentino) and Viognier from the Minervois are picked when perfectly ripe then pressed slowly in whole bunches, with very gentle racking and seeing careful vinification without sulphur, at low temperature - ageing on lees - the Rolle in stainless steel vats, and the Viognier in a mixture of concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks. This is SPARKLY BRIGHT and DAZZLING with good richness also. The pale yellow colour is elegant and brilliant. On the nose, a discreet subtlety reveals notes of Granny Smith apple, lime and fresh almonds, characteristic of the blend of Rolle and Viognier grapes. On the palate, the wine is full and generous, supported by a lovely acidity and a slight, attractive bitterness on the finish. A mineral touch adds fascinating depth also. The flavours of fresh pear, acacia flower, almond and white peach unfold harmoniously, offering you a refined, beautifully balanced treat of a wine. Unique and utterly, utterly marvellous. A LOT of wine for the money.

Pretty aromas of yellow fruits such as peaches, citrus & pineapple with hints of linden and chamomile. The palate is lively, fruity and well-balanced, with good length.

Vincent Carreras’ first Rosé produced at the Domaine. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and the press juice of his Macabeu. All put to demi-muid and producing only 571 bottles. 84 bottles for the UK. A brilliant tale of luminous and bright fruits that are incredibly invigorating along with some gorgeous textural, darker and more serious elements. A quality effort that is the star of summer 2026.

Mas Almes x Domaine Odyssée is Vincent's Carreras' TRULY exciting collab release of 2025. I mean, the collabs are always exciting and excellent quality, but this REALLY surpassed all expectations. We thought the wine Vincent selected would be exciting, but nothing quite set us up for tasting this wine in early May 2025. At CWM we ship some of the very best value aged Roussillon sweet wines. We're very happy to say, here is another outstanding and outstanding value example. Bravo Vincent. Les Larmes du Soleil Rivesaltes Ambré - Hors d'Age - 19 years old, from Malvoisie and Muscat d'Alexandrie From Vincent Carreras: "For three years, between 2018 and 2021, before moving to the (current) Torreilles winery, I was able to set up my suitcases, or rather my vats, with Louis Rigaill, at Mas Almes, who kindly welcomed me. Being in the midst of a transition, I was able to continue structuring my project. At the back of his cellar, there were about forty barrels containing real treasures.... old sweet wines had been sleeping there for over 10 years. Louis allowed me to select the barrels of my choice and create a unique blend. So I thank him for his welcome, his advice, his generosity, and his patience with me over these three years, it's important for me to thank him in my own way, through collaboration. Cheers, Louis! New in for spring 2026, a deeply coloured but light and juicy, gluggalicious red wine at the entry-level from the Languedoc. Despite the deepish colour, the wine is floral, fresh and tasty with lots of delicious bright red fruits, a touch of pepper and just a lick of tannin to this gorgeous southern Cinsault. Summer in a glass. Get it, chill it, drink it.

Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a cooperative of more than 600 growers from across the Languedoc - a result of many small village co-ops being joined together over the years - covering a considerable spread of the region’s appellations and IGPs. This bottling is from vineyard parcels on several types of terroirs, from clay-limestone soils close to the Etang de Thau lagoon to slightly more inland hillsides on sandy and gravelly soils. It’s fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. One of only three wines to score an 'Outstanding' score of 95/100 in a Decanter Panel tasting of Picpoul de Pinet AOP in Spring 2026. This goes to show the quality of Foncalieu's wines, and why we have worked with them for many years. This great value bottle shows proper Picpoul character, gorgeous texture, a wonderful freshness and real energy. Natalie Earl: "Bright and clear in the glass and in aromas, some green apple, herbs, iodine, sea spray, lemon rind. Huge acidity, lots of Picpoul character. Some weight, but it’s pristine in fruit and in its zesty intention to refresh". Heather Dougherty: "Juicy lemon and lemon zest aromas, joined by scrub herbs and hay on the palate. Wow-wee. What an unusual but utterly remarkable treat. 100% Syrah grown on high altitude granite. Two thirds picked for "Rosé" and directly pressed, the remaining third picked a little later and put to a 48h cold-soak when fermentation is underway on the first pick and then the later juice is added. This produces wonderful lifted aromas but little tannin and a quite extraordinary colour for the cepage. A wine of great energy and interest that happens to be utterly delicious. Bravo Chan Chan!

An elegant, refined dry sparkler from the Languedoc, where the first sparkling wines were made in 1531. Chardonnay and chenin dominate the blend, and there is a lovely stream of bubbles to seduce and enliven the palate.

A delightful, classy and juicy bistro-styled blend of Merlot, Carignan, Marselan and Mourvedre. Charming and attractive fruit. Punches well above its weight.

50% Muscat d'Alexandre and 50% Muscat a Petit Grains fermented on skins. "Light orange in colour, this blend of two Muscats (Petit Grains and Alexandria macerated for 14 days) is fragrant and perfectly pitched, with gorgeous notes of orange peel, dried leaves, apricot and mango. It's so well balanced, being both floral and a little rusty and leafy. The palate is concentrated, with really good presence and a long, spicy, cumin-infused finish. It's still fruity enough not to be overtly savoury, but also not massively flowery and exotic. It's so spicy! This has good tension, no flab, it's all tucked in, with a good solid chalky grip". 95/100 Natalie Earl in Decanter Magazine Drinking Window: 2025 - 2029
