This traditional method English sparkling Rose is soft blush in colour with fine elegant bubbles. The nose is filled with summer fruits while on the palate the wine shows strawberries and cream with a freshness that captures the essence of an English summer.

Perhaps the best-known of all prestige cuvee Champagnes, Dom Perignon is both exceptional and exceptionally consistent. To ensure quality was kept at the high standards we are accustomed to, chef de cave Richard Geoffroy made only 15% of the usual quantity in 2017. A subtle expression - certainly at this stage - with an attractive touch of salinity and notes of cream, pastry, lemon curd and honeysuckle. This is a wine to cellar, one that will start to sing from around 2030.

The 173rd edition of Krug's Grande Cuvée is based around the 2017 vintage, whose wines were blended with 31% reserve wines stretching back to 2001. Assembled from 44% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 22% Meunier, this edition is as charming as ever, with great roundness and ripeness despite only 4g/l dosage. Quite evolved on both the nose and palate, albeit with plenty more to come, it shows umami and saline notes alongside ripe apple. Brilliantly intense and complex.

This exceptional vintage-dated Rosé is crafted from a careful blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, and 20% Pinot Noir. A subtle combination of Mediterranean and Pyrenean vineyard parcels, this wine is crafted to perfection with a dosage of 6g/L (Extra Brut), offering a refined and crisp profile. Entirely handpicked in the morning, cooled and directly pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel. Pinot Noir macerated briefly to give light salmon colour. Second fermentation in bottle for 18 months in temperature-controlled cellars. For 7 generations, the FAMILY ANTECH has made great sparkling wines on the slopes of Limoux. This great, rare and sought-after wine subtly offers the signature of our top Pinot Noir and Chardonnay terroirs. Elisabeth Salmon 2012 highlights the full breadth of the savoir-faire required to blend the House’s rosé in an exceptional year. The aroma dispalys a refreshing, sensual expression of the senses, redolent of red and black berries. The exquisite feel of a rich and complex aromatic amplitude (bilberry, gooseberry, peony). Beautifully refined, mature olfactory notes, respectfully running the gamut of the inimitable scent of fragrant roses and crystallised violets. On the palate, a tactile impact of restrained yet bewitching power and, at the same time, finesse. The harmonious fulfilment of delicious flavours and pastries (panettone, cherry clafoutis). A delicate mouthfeel progressing towards a hint of chalkiness in a long finish redolent of cedarwood and blood orange jelly. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay grown in grand cru vineyards, Pol Roger Blanc de Blancs is a picture of elegance in 2016. Mineral, saline and precise with a strong lemon zest characteristic, before it expands remarkably on the finish, which is long, rich and toasty.

Black forest fruits, wild raspberries and black pepper on the nose, with soft yeasty notes, spice and red fruits on the palate. There is a zing of acidity that brings something entirely new to the red grape, lifting its weight. Ageing : one year on the yeast after the second fermentation in steel, allowing the powerful fruit to do the talking.

A classic rich traditional style Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Blend from Argentina, with raisin and biscuit notes. Where fresh air and crisp spring water reign king, give the wine a refined character hard to recreate in other regions!

This Brut Rosé is made almost exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims region, and from Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Just 10% of Chardonnay from the Cotes des Blancs rounds out the blend. Seriously fruity.

Lovely easy to drink refreshing fizz made from Glera and Pinot Noir, sweet berried fruit, cleansing acidity and plenty of froth.

Interestingly made from Merlot and Semillon grapes and made in the traditional method employed for all Cremants and Champagnes. A lovely pale lemon colour, with notes of lemon, melon and green apple, this has a fine streak of acidity and tangy citrus. With its lifted citrus flavours and its fresh aftertaste, it is ready to drink now.

Canvino Bianco – Lightly sparkling, crisp and dry white wine which is full-bodied and easy to drink. Although dry or ‘Secco’ in style, it is fruity and fresh with light floral notes.

90 points Robert Parker. An incredibly pretty pale rose colour. This is a delicate, fresh and delicious rosé which is made by adding Cumieres Rouge to the traditional blend, with the refermentation taking place after blending.

This champagne has a special place in the history of the House. It is from a family plot of Pinot Noir in Cumières that this precious red wine comes, giving our blend an unique personality. First you will find red fruits, with wild violet and liqourice notes to follow. Ripe yet racy, with beautiful length. Fine and full on the palate, with a touch of mint on the finish.
