This is Edradour at its best, bottled by the distillery's owners, Signatory Vintage, as part of their Unchillfiltered (UCF) collection. We'll spare you the philosophical discussion about wherther this counts as an official or independent bottling and get straight to the point. Distilled at Edradour distillery in 2012, this spirit was matured in a single first-fill sherry cask which acts as the ultimate balancing foil to the decidedly old-school, rustic and funky spirit character. As the name suggests, this whisky was bottled without chill-filtration, nor additional colouring.

Lochlea
The fourth and final in an annual series of limited seasonal bottlings, Lochlea 'Ploughing Edition' represents the season of Winter on the farm, when we start to plough the fields in preparation for sowing the barley seed in Spring. Production Director John Campbell has chosen a combination of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks for this release, to create a warming, smoky version of our signature Lochlea whisky. Jung & Wulff Barbados is an 86-proof, full-bodied, buttery, aged rum that exemplifies its Barbados terroir. Highly acclaimed, it is widely enjoyed in cocktails, neat, or on the rocks. Early on the palate is a range of tastes from dark chocolate, to dried fruits, to burnt sugar. Creamy and robust, it is more bittersweet than sweet, deeply cocoa-like and deliciously rich. It is a powerful yet elegant rum true to the character of Barbados.

The V.S.O.P. differentiates itself by a selection of apple ciders exclusively harvested in the Pays d’Auge region, a delimited terroir representing only 6% of the Normandy region. The typicity that the soil confers to the apple coupled with a double distillation in pot stills give the V.S.O.P. a rich and long palate.

The cellar master, Alexander Gabriel, has the the great pleasure to open for the very first time his private collection of exceptional cognacs. These preciously guarded treasures rest under the vaults of the Chais Paradis, in the underground passages of Mademoiselle's 19th-centuary manor. These forever inimitable vintages, from the oldest to the most recent, are made from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes. Although it is impossible to reproduce them, they all have one thing in common: each of them bears witness to the extraordinary character of Grande Champagne and to the savoir-faire of the Cognac region perfected over the centuries. These extraordinary cognacs are not blended and are bottled at their natural alcohol content right out of the barrel, without filtration.

Compass Box Whisky Co.
A grain whisky that’s only a pot still away from being a single malt A grain whisky made only from malt? That’s also smoky? The majority of Experimental Grain Whisky is comprised of grains from the Cameronbridge and North British distilleries. They bring notes of fudge, vanilla and set honey. On top of this the younger whisky from Loch Lomond layers impressions of pine forests and patchouli oil.

‘The Original’ is our classic single malt that truly champions our peated pursuit. Made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, the flavour contribution is sweeter than that anticipated of coastal peat. With an extended fermentation time of 160 hours, nearly triple the industry average, the whisky boasts flavour rich, complex character. Aged in a combination of first-fill Bourbon barrels, American virgin oak casks and Rye barrels, the spirit clocks in at 35 PPM. NOTES First-fill Bourbon barrels, American virgin oak casks and Rye barrels NOSE: Baking spices, burnt honey and roasted coffee beans, leading to hazelnuts, smoked almonds and butterscotch. TASTE: Wisps of sweet peat, with rich chocolate and heather honey, followed by cinnamon, ginger and oak-smoked sugar.

A mellow, aromatic dry gin from Booth's that has been aged in casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry. The palate offers notes of rosemary, grapefruit, camphor, lemon, chamomile and soft oak spice that linger in the finish. Booth's was originally established in 1740 by the eponymous family who founded the first distillery in London. Their distinctively golden gin - instantly recognisable thanks to the octagonal bottles it was presented in - was discontinued in the 1970s, an event much lamented by gin connoisseurs.
