Vilacetinho
Some fizz (relatively modest), low (10%) alcohol and a bit of sugar (only 5 grams per litre barely over the legal dry limit and rather low for this style). It is a blend of 40% Arinto, 20% Azal, 20% Avesso and 20% Loureiro. This is the winerys entry-level wine and it offers amazing value. We've made the decision to offer the wine in both cork and screwcap.

Paternoster
The name Vulcanico highlights the characther of this wine made from the vineyards near the Vulcano Vulture. The freshness, balminess and delicacy typical of the Falanghina grape are seamlessly belnded with the brightness and generosity, a unique combination reminiscent of Southern Italy. Wet stone, a spritz of lime and crushed yellow apple form an attractive bouquet as the 2021 Falanghina Vulcanico blossoms in the glass. It's round and pliant in feel with saline-tinged orchard fruits that add a savoury twist. Nuances of tropical melon and pretty inner florals linger as the 2021 finishes long yet crisply refreshing

Blank Canvas
Varietal with a gentle herbacous quality transitioning into ripe white fleshed fruits of apple and lemon, a touch of pineapple then a light white vegtable quality. Crisp, taut, fruity, refreshing and dry with complexity from bottle development and a whisper of toastiness, there is plenty to admire, but this wine is also young with acidity and energy as well. As the wine becomes more ambient the flavours and textures grow and develop. A thoroughly interesting example, balanced and well made. Best drinking from today and through 2029. 93 Points

Cà dei Frati
Way, way out of its class - no other Laguna matches this for complexity. Chablis-like in its bracing stony frame but layered with waves of white peach, ripe lime, tarragon, hints of chilli or ginger. A slightly eccentric but 100% gorgeous wine that really commands attention.

Joey Tensley Wines
2021 Fundamental White Blend by Joey Tensley (92 points, Jeb Dunnuck) As with past vintages, this bright, aromatic wine is made up of a blend of white Rhône varietals. We based this wine primarily in Viognier then blended it with Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Marsanne to add complexity, acidity and freshness. A portion of the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels while the rest aged in a stainless steel tank. Look for citrus and banana on the nose and palate, along with a rounded mouthfeel and crisp, fresh finish. Drink this wine now or age it over the next 2 to 5 years.

Weingut Max Ferd.Richter
The winemakers at Richter believe that great wine comes from the vineyard, not the cellar. With this in mind they strive for precision in their daily viticultural work. The challenge of cultivating vines on the steep, slate slopes of Mosel is overcome by fastidious handwork, small crop sizes, all-natural fertilizers and sustainable farming practices. Additionally, all harvesting is done by hand. Vinification starts with gentle pressing and slow temperature controlled fermentation in traditional old oak barrels (fuders). This careful, deliberate process preserves the vineyard-grown quality of the grapes, develops the unique character of the single-vineyard cuvees, and to gives Richter wines exceptional longevity. Racy Kabinett driven by mature tartaric acid. Very typical aromatic structure of red berries, as well as nuances of grapefruit and slate stone. Winery Max Ferd. Richter

El Convertido
A beautiful glass of white from Spains La Mancha, this Verdejo is a notch above the rest. Made from 30 year old Verdejo vines, there is a concentration which is often missing from so many of its kind. A dry yet fresh palate with lovely floral aromas and peachy flavours, there is a roundness throughout.

Domaine Du Vieux Vauvert
Medium-dry style with lots of ripe peach, apple and pear flavours. The luscious palate is weighty but balanced by good freshness. Tamlyn Currin, JancisRobinson.com "Easy, open Chenin, golden apples and baked pears, a smidge of fudge and sage leaf dipped in warm honey, but also cool lemon peel and even a nip of stone dust. Not bad for the price but prêt-à-porter, not crafted."

Lyrarakis
Almost an introduction to 'Orange' wine. The Melissaki variety, unknown and forgotten by many, can be found in vineyards at the foothills of Mount Psiloritis. After sourcing it from its place of origin, we planted it in 2010 in a family-owned vineyard, called GERODETI, hence the wine name. Intense herbal aromas such as lemon balm surrounded by notes of white fleshed fruit. Elegant on the palate, the wine combines a crispy mouth with a remarkably dense texture.
