A more golden colour in the glass, bit more body, nice touch of malt. The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!

Daura is a fresh-tasting beer, with a lively acidity. The finish is bitter, as it should be in beer, and long lasting. Daura is a golden colour with shades of amber and slight hints of green. It is clean and sparkling. The head is cream-coloured and long lasting. The abundant bubbles are delicate and lively. The generous aroma is of fresh spices. The flavours of toasted grains add to the beer’s personality. The mouthfeel is smooth, thanks to the fine bubbles.

Love Bird is a wild-fermented rosé cider that celebrates red-fleshed fruit. Made from Discovery, Redlove and Bramley apples. With wild strawberry, cherry, rose and sherbet on the nose and palate. Finishes with a bright acidity and citrus. Pours a delicate rose blush hue.

Helles Lager A long way from Munich, our German brewers have taken inspiration from their homeland to produce this true to style Helles; golden, full bodied and malty with a delicate hop bite. Germany has a rich brewing heritage and this is the Mad Squirrel take on a Native Taste.

Only ever brewed in Budweis, Czech Republic. Brewed and conditioned for 102 days.  About seven times longer than most other beers

West Coast IPA From across the ocean comes the resurgent west coast IPA Style. Big citrus, big pine and big bitterness come in waves throughout this brew, courtesy of some BIG ‘C’ Hops. Get ready because the tide is changing and big sea is coming!

Fom Little Pomona: lightly sparkling, deft barrel influence Cidermakers spend a lot of time thinking about fruit and therefore harvest. This cider was borne of that. 2019 was a difficult vintage, a cool summer and worse in the autumn, with extensive rains and serious flooding. Ruthless fruit selection on our part meant we made less cider than we’d hoped for, but we are very proud of what we did make, We are calling this cider Harvest and it brings together the best of 2019 after time in barrel. Unsurprisingly it favours the early variety Browns Apple (60%), ripe before the rains came, with the addition of three classic late season varieties – Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey in roughly equal proportions, and then bottle conditioned. The fresh, citrus vibe of Browns Apple tames any overt sense of the barrels and lifts the intense fruit richness of the late season apples. In the end it’s bright, juicy and full of ripe fruit. It’s fully reminiscent of the tastes, smells and feelings of warm orchard days and the long shadows of harvest time. Drink cold. Not frozen. Gluten free. Oakham were the first brewery to commercially brew with Citra hops, this single variety hop ale is now a permanent fixture in their range. A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

A Perry that combines vintages from 2016 and 2017 to create a rich and silky smooth drink. Flavours of citrus and pear bounce on the tongue whilst the subtle undertones of oak from over 12 months of ageing in barrels helps to finely balance things to keep you wanting more.

Fom Little Pomona: bottle conditioned ciderkin with hops Made with the second pressing of apples with the addition of spring water, this is our modern interpretation of the old historic drink, ciderkin. Here we used the dessert apple Egremont Russet, spontaneously fermented in tank on top of apple lees. Later on we infused with whole Chinook hops, grown by our friends here at Brook House Farm, before bottle conditioning. Originally from the Pacific North West, Chinook has happily made its home in the Herefordshire countryside. With its grapefruit and pine freshness, it sits beautifully with the bassier baked apple and nutty notes of the Egremont Russet. Combined they make for a breezy, bright glass of fruit, flowers and herbs that could, and possibly should, be crushed all day long! Naturally low in alcohol, it’s a super-refreshing, thirst-slaking drink in which all the grapefruit, pine and gentle bitterness of the hops meets the bold spiciness of russet apples! This re-creation of ciderkin, an old drink of agriculture, is designed to slake a thirst and does this well. Bar snacks are also perfect though, as are glorious salads, vegetarian fare and herby fish and chicken dishes. Contains naturally occurring sediment. Store upright, chill well and pour quickly. Vegan friendly. Gluten free. No added sulphites 4% abv

Edelstoff hails from Munich's oldest brewery, Augustiner Brau, which was founded in 1328. Edelstoff is a bright and fresh lager witha touch of sweetness and hoppiness.
