We've added loads of fresh American hops to give this hazy pale ale a zippy tropical flavour. Why did we put a bunch of Aussie animals on the can then? We just think they're neat.

Pressure Drop Beer
There are OGs and then there are OGs. Wu Gang Chops the Tree was the third brew on the first ever Pressure Drop kit. Wu Gang has evolved since then, and remains one of our best-loved brews and a regular feature on our brewing plans. Locally foraged bay cuts through the floral aromas of this refreshing little hefeweizen. When paired with food, in particular East Asian flavours, Wu Gang Chops the Tree turns in a star-making performance.

Orval
Trappist beer from the Orval Abbey in Belgium. A world-famous beer and rightly so. This Belgian Trappist beer is a delicious slightly sweet pale ale brewed with subtle, citrusy hops. So far, so normal, but then the beer is dry hopped and bottle fermented with Brettanomyces, which over time eats all the sugar in the beer and leaves behind a herbal-dry beer unlike any other drink in the world. Loaded with umami like flavours, a touch of caramel and a strong zesty orange pith flavour, its truly one of the best beers ever made.

Big Drop
Alcohol-free Stout. Forget the notion this is a beer style that has had its day. Instead, think of it as honeycomb covered in chocolate, because that?s exactly what it tastes like: rich, unctuous and an absolutely decadent treat of a beer.

Little Earth
The IPAs of yesteryear were brewed strong, bitter & hoppy in order to withstand travelling long distances/ageing - a vast difference to what we generally accept IPAs to be today. We wanted to make something that bridges that gap & brewed a barrel aged, mixed fermented beer, generously hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Amarillo hops. The resulting beer is fruity and funky with a hop character that will continue to develop over time.

Beavertown
Heavyweight flavour, featherweight ABV. Our in your face IPA, that just happens to be alcohol-free. When we decided to brew an AF IPA, we wanted to roll a bit differently. Rather than brewing with small amounts of malt or dealcholizing after fermentation, for Lazer Crush we used a clever strain of yeast that fully ferments our crisp pilsner malt without producing alcohol and adds a hint of peachy fruit to boot. Then we laid down some heavy-duty hops. Azacca for ripe mango with a hint of fresh pine, Amarillo gives bags of sweet orange and Citra adds the zesty citrus and grapefruit bitterness that we all want in an IPA. The result is a rocket-fuelled, turbocharged, laser-sharp IPA at a Monday to Sunday crushable 0.3%.
