FINE V.S. is a fresh and fruity Calvados. Unlike others, it is made from single continuous distillation in copper stills to concentrate the apple aromas. These are then accentuated by blending the fruitiest cuvées and ageing them in barrels made of century-old oak.

A dark liqueur made originally in Jamaica using Jamaican coffee beans. The main flavour ingredients are coffee beans, Jamaican rum, vanilla, and sugar, blended to an alcoholic content of 20%. Previously labelled as Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur. From March 2020 Tia Maria has a new look, but the recipe remains the same.

Labelled a blended malt, this is actually 'teaspooned' - the term for adding a tiny amount of one single malt into a cask (or casks) of another, which is then no longer allowed to be called its original name. This may sound nonsensical, but all you really need to know is that Williamson is the pseudonym of a very famous Islay distillery. You can expect a mouthful of sea spray, tarry rope, iodine and bonfire smoke. That might give you a clue!
