Unusual tastes delicious. Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, is a rum crafted with the sweet notes of roasted and candied pineapple. Well balanced with hints of soft brown sugar and nutmeg colliding with a whiff of aniseed and lime zest. Lochlea
The fourth and final in an annual series of limited seasonal bottlings, Lochlea 'Ploughing Edition' represents the season of Winter on the farm, when we start to plough the fields in preparation for sowing the barley seed in Spring. Production Director John Campbell has chosen a combination of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks for this release, to create a warming, smoky version of our signature Lochlea whisky. Our tasting notes include boiled sweets, cooked apple and brazil nuts all intertwined with a comforting haze of lingering peat.

Akashi-Tai
Our Akashi-Tai Yuzu liqueur uses an exceptionally high quantity of fresh yuzu from the Hyogo prefecture, which is pressed on arrival to preserve the clear aroma of the rare citrus fruit highly prized in Japan. It offers a touch of originality to the most refined cocktails and can be drunk neat or on ice as an aperitif or after dinner. Supple and fruity, with refreshing aromas of grapefruit, it offers intense citrusy flavours and a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the tanginess of the yuzu. The finale is invigoratingly cooling and aromatic.

Cambridge Distillery
Walks with Darcy (the distillery dog) through the meadows surrounding their distillery inspired William and Lucy Lowe to capture the taste of the English seasons. Using botanicals grown in and around their own home they created a recipe including juniper, fresh basil, rosemary, angelica, lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf and rose petals, each individually distilled and expertly blended into this outstanding gin. Bright, herbaceous, beautifully rounded and exquisitely refreshing, this gin captures the quintessential taste of the English seasons.

Ardbeg
Super pale, like fino sherry, but don’t be mistaken to thinking that it's gentle….a hefty dollop of iodine and peat smoke, with ginger and some green apple notes. Certainly my favourite from this Islay Clan

Maxime Trijol
Amber with flashes of mahogany. The floral bouquet develops into spicy aromas on the palate producing a very rich feel. Its aromatic harmony is the sign of a fully-fledged cognac. Decanter " Plenty of powerful spice and oak tannin up front, along with classic notes of ripe citrus and creamy vanilla. The mid-palate is explosively fragrant and round, with a little menthol tension. Abenchmark XO at a good price"

Welcome to the Signature Series, a brand new four-part series beginning with Edition 1, Remnant Renegade this autumn 2023. This edition, hand selected by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman, is a selection of Arran Single Malts which showcase the diversity of our spirit and the values which are important to us. ‘Remnant Renegade’ is the first bottling of this edition. It is a marriage of a selection of remnant casks - Ex-Sherry Hogsheads, Ex-Sherry Butts and Ex-Bourbon Barrels from across the Arran portfolio between as early as only a couple of years after we started distilling to as recently as 2017. Specially selected and blended by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman bearing his seal of approval. Distilled and matured at Lochranza. The series begins with Edition 1 at 46% Vol, and as always non-chill filtered and with no added colouring. We are very excited to embark upon a brand new series! For us, the series represents something important to us - looking at the quality of the whisky in your glass and focussing on investing in your own whisky enjoyment. Our aim to provide you with an interesting complex whisky with quality over quantity. You can read more about our thoughts and the values around which Distillery Manager Stewart created this series here.

Arran
On the west coast of the Isle of Arran lies a windswept and mystical peat bog called Machrie Moor. Bronze Age stone circles and standing stones are strewn across its barren, undulating terrain. One of the stone circles is known as Fingal’s Cauldron Seat, where sits a stone with a carved hole. The legendary warrior giant Fingal is said to have tethered his favourite dog Bran to this stone. This peated expression of the Arran Single Malt perfectly captures the rugged beauty and lore of the landscape. Unleash the legend that is Machrie Moor.

Glenfiddich
Think you know peaty whisky? Think again. The fourth in Glenfiddich's much-admired Experimental Series is a marriage of their rarely-seen peated whisky with unpeated bourbon-aged single malt, all of which is finished in Latin rum casks. The result is a surprisingly sweet and smoky dram that blends rich caramel and spice notes with fresh green fruit and soft pillowy smoke. A worthy continuation of the series that's very interesting to pair with different types of food – try it with spicy sausage or ice cream, for example.
