Try shaking up a cocktail with two shots of rye whisky, a hint of grapefruit juice, some Monin Honey syrup and serve it over crushed ice (it's known as a Brown Derby).
A gloriously vanilla-forward Glenlossie from James Eadie.
Glenlossie is mainly used in blending, and is rarely seen as a single malt. This particular bottling was aged first fill bourbon casks and recharred casks. The Blue Boar on the bottle refers to Jame Eadie, who owned the Blue Boar pub in 1891 as part of his brewery and whisky blending business.
