Nusbaumer
A decadent brandy made from wild plums and aged for seven years in small chestnut casks. There are aromas of toasted spice, vanilla beans and stewed fruit on the nose, which lead to plum pudding, apple tart and sandalwood on the palate. Nusbaumer are an independent, family-owned artisanal distillery in heart of the Alsace. Founded by Jos Nusbaumer in 1947, the distillery is located in Stiege, a small town in the Vosge valleys, to the south-west of Strasbourg. There are several factors that make Stiege an ideal place to distil fruit spirits; there’s exceptional mountain spring water, high altitude allowing lower distillation pressure leading to richer aromas, and a microclimate with significant temperature variations that has a positive impact on fermentation, maceration and ageing.

Lochlea
Our seasonal small batch releases showcase the signature Lochlea style in four different ways each year. As a working farm, these expressions tie-in to reflect the farming calendar. In our Harvest Edition (Second Crop), we have carefully selected Port casks, STR barriques and first-fill Bourbon barrels to offer a deliciously different twist this year. In comparison to Harvest Edition (First Crop), we have incorporated a much higher proportion of Port casks to enhance the whisky’s creaminess, whilst also introducing a delightful peppery spice from the STR barriques. The second in a new set of four limited editions, this whisky is inspired by the end of summer, when our golden barley is harvested and eventually used for the next year’s production. Nose: Dates, ripe red grapes, thick cut marmalade Palate: Pink peppercorns and dried fruit Finish: A beautiful lingering creamy finish

Linden Leaf
Singularity is an organic vodka tuned to deliver a clean flavour and silky mouthfeel. In this simplest of mixtures, there is still room to select the best alcohol and water, as well as a mixing and filtering process which softens the palate. We studied how alcohol and water interact at a molecular level. Carefully-selected organic alcohol is blended with a unique mineral water using an exacting method to produce Singularity. We’re proud to have been awarded “Vodka of the Year 2021” by the prestigious Chinese Wine and Spirits Awards (CWSA). Is it the smoothest vodka known to science? We think so. Enjoy our highly-awarded vodka chilled, on ice or as part of the finest cocktails.
