King's Parade is our flagship branch set in a beautiful Georgian building and considered by many as the best specialist drinks shop in the country. We took it over from Oddbins in 2003.

We have a bar area where you can sit, drink wine, sample whiskies, enjoy the view of King’s chapel. We also run a private client fine wine service – basically advance notice of hot parcels which rarely hit the shelves, and personal expert advice. Email for details.

Beyond the superb wine range common to all our branches, “KP” boasts:

• Over 350 Malt Whiskies - a range impressive enough to qualify us as one of the top Whisky shops in the world

• Specialist spirits like rum, gin, artisan vodka etc. Hundreds of miniatures too

• Obscure and wonderful liqueurs and cocktail ingredients

• The best Dessert and Fortified wine section (over 250!) in the land (or so we reckon)

• Local ales, cider and even mead.

Manager is Clive Pawsey who joined us in 2010. He has started his career with Oddbins in 1983 and has run several businesses including his own wine retail shop and a pub. Ably assisted by Max Mill (ex-Oddbins), James Thorne (Ex-Avery’s), and Alex W-T (ex-Oddbins and Honourable Artillery Company). Our Chairman Brett Turner enjoys working there too.
