Whole lotta Rosé – Fin Boys Tasting

The fabulous Fin Boys is hosting a wine pairing evening. Our very own Hal Wilson will be there, talking you through the wines.
This month’s menu pairs devilled eggs and oyster mayo with sparkling Tasmanian blush, Portland crab with a Pinot Noir Rosé hailing from Essex, and takes you all the way to Rioja with a beautiful 2012 Gran Reserva rosado. Yes – rosé can do all that.
Expect sardines, seaweed dashi, and the prettiest pudding you’ve ever seen. Hosted by Hal Wilson of Cambridge Wine Merchants, it’s a night of surprises, stories, and seriously good sips.
