Kalfu is a project from Vina Ventisquero looking at cool climate, coastal wines. The Pinot Noir and Syrah come from Leyda Valley, the Chardonnay from Casablanca, and the remarkable Sumpai Sauvignon Blanc from the arid Atacama Desert.
